Prepare for Measurement
Avoid eating, drinking or exercising for at least 30 minutes before measuring. Sit comfortably and relax for a few minutes.

Wear the Cuff Correctly
Place the cuff on your left upper arm, 3–5 cm above the elbow, with the display facing upward and your arm at heart level.

Start the Measurement
Press the power button once. Stay still, do not talk or move, and let the monitor complete the measurement automatically.

Check Your Readings
View your systolic, diastolic and pulse rate on the display and listen to the voice announcement.

Can I use it over clothing?
It is best on bare skin or a thin sleeve. Thick clothing may affect accuracy.
