Cracked Nipple Saline Spray
Spray 1–2 times on clean, dry nipples after breastfeeding or whenever sore. Use 2–3 times daily. Let it air-dry or gently pat with sterile gauze; wipe lightly before the next feed, especially for babies under 1 month.

Remove from the sterile wrapper and place the smooth gel side over the nipple and areola for full coverage. After use, return the pad to its wrapper — refrigerate if needed for extra cooling. Reuse the same pad within 24 hours.

Place one pad inside bra cup, absorbent side against the skin, centered over the nipple. Adjust your bra to keep it securely in place.

Instant Breast Warmers
For heat therapy: press the metal disc inside the warmer until crystals form and it heats instantly, then spread evenly. For cold therapy: activate to crystallize, then refrigerate for - 20 minutes before applying. Use a thin towel or cloth between the pad and skin and this can be resued again for both hot and cold therapy.

Wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse, and air-dry. Assemble the shell and collection cup, then position in your bra over the nipple. Wear during the day to collect leaking milk and protect sore nipples. Gently remove and pour out collected milk.
