CLEAN BEFORE USE
Wash your hands and clean the cup with warm water. For extra hygiene, boil for 2–3 minutes before first use.

LIE DOWN & PREPARE
Immediately after conception, lie on your back with your hips slightly raised using a pillow. Do not sit or stand upright before inserting the cup.

FOLD THE CUP
Hold the cup by the finger indents and gently fold or flip it inward for easier insertion.

INSERT GENTLY
Gently insert the cup into the external area, angling it toward the lower back until it reaches the cervix.

POSITION & SEAL
Ensure the conception cup is fully inside with about 3/4 of the stem remaining outside. Lightly pull the stem to help the cup open and seal around the cervix.
