1.1. Do not accept your order if you receive a tampered consignment as evident from the packaging. If received, after opening the consignment you find that the product(s) is damaged then immediately (within no later than 48 hours from the receipt of the order) click the photo of the damaged product(s) as well as the product label(s)and send it to our email id: info@barmenterprises.com along with the order number and the invoice number. Once we receive the email, an investigation may be initiated a tour end. After the investigation, if the issue raised is found to be valid, we will make arrangements to dispatch a new product subject to the availability of the stock. Please note that you are not required to pay for any additional shipping fees in such a case of reshipment.
1.2. B- ARM Medical Technologies mandates delivery and reverse pick up via its Logistics Partner to all customers buying from the Website. ‘Logistic Partner’ shall mean a logistic service provider approved by B-ARM.
1.3.Replacement product will be shipped based on the availability and receipt of the original item. The products should have the original tags, and original warranty card if it covers under warranty.
The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
In case of returns/Exchange:
1.4. In case you find the product to be missing, damaged or completely different from what you ordered, please ask the courier partner to take it back immediately. In case of COD orders, you’ll get your refund immediately from the courier partner. In case of prepaid orders, you’ll get a refund credited to your account according to the Seller’s returns policy.
1.5. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In the case of any missing accessories or parts, specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable as on (1.6).
1.6. We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify B-ARM Customer Support immediately at info@barmenterprises.com or within 15 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that B-ARM Medical Technologies will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 15 working days of receipt.
1.7. We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 30 working days of receipt.
1.8. B-ARM Medical Technology will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to B-ARM Medical is returned by mistake, B-ARM Medical is not accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
1.9. Now product can be exchanged with a different product also, provided the new product selected by user is returnable and exchangeable. For exchanging the product with another product, customer needs to contact our customer care with proper reason and if the price is adjustable. Final decision is up to B-ARM.
In case of Refund:
1.10. The refund process will take 10-15 working days from the receipt of the returned goods.
1.11. Refund will be sent to the same card/bank account from which the payment was made. In case it is not possible for our Payment Gateway to send the refund to the same card/bank account, we will request you to provide an image of a cancelled cheque using which we will send the refund money through online fund transfer.
1.12. Orders which are cancelled by B-ARM or Customer before processing, refund will be initiated automatically through the original mode of payment.
No replacement / Refund:
1.13. In case of minor design and colour variations.
Products returned damaged condition or Some parts are missing.
If the customer changes his / her mind after purchasing or on receipt of the product.
If the product is returned without a written confirmation from us via email.
If the product is not returned through our courier partners.
We strongly recommend that all items be checked fully at the time of delivery.
1.14. In case of Size Exchange, the differential amount, if any, shall be forfeited. This will apply irrespective of any increase or decrease in the price of the product being exchanged.
1.15. For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode.
1.16. All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
1.17. The User acknowledges that the Website will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from non-processing an order or any delay in processing an order which is beyond control of the Website.
1.18. All Users and Sellers shall comply with all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made there under, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made there under, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under and all other laws as may be applicable.
