If you do not agree with the Policy, please refrain from using or accessing the B-Arm Site / Platform.

Occasionally we may change our Policies and such changes will be posted on this page. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, continued use of our Services by you after we publish the changes to this Policy shall constitute your consent to our updated Policy.

The B-Arm Site / Platform may contain links to other websites. Information about you collected whilst visiting such websites is not governed by our Policy. B-Arm shall not be responsible for and has no control over the practices and content of any website accessed using the links contained on the B-Arm Site / Platform. This Policy shall not apply to any information you may disclose to any of our third party providers / third party personnel which we do not require you
to disclose under this Policy.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

B-Arm may collect and process the following information about you:
●Information given by you – This includes information submitted when you:
i.Provide content to B-Arm, which may include reviews, ordering details and history, favorite
vendors, special merchant requests, contact information of people you refer to us and other information you provide on the B-Arm Site / Platform (“Your Content”).
ii.Create or update your B-Arm account, which may include your name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, payment or banking information, date of birth and profile picture.
iii.Correspond with B-Arm for customer support;
iv.Report problems for troubleshooting.
v.Use our B-Arm Services, we may collect and store information about you (which includes (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information) for processing your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions.
vi.Participate in the interactive services offered by the B-Arm Site / Platform such as discussion boards, competitions, promotions or surveys, other social media functions or make payments etc.,
vii.Enable features that require B-Arm’s access to your address book or calendar;
●If you sign up to use our Services as an SCP or
partner, we may collect location details, copies of government identification documents and other details.

●Information we collect about you – We will collect and analyze the following demographic and other information, with regard to each of your visits to the B-Arm Site / Platform:
i.Usage Information: B-Arm Platform includes the B-Arm advertising services, which may collect user activity and browsing history within the B-Arm Site / Platform and across third-party sites and online services, including those sites and services that include our ad,
buttons, widgets, plug-ins, or any related services or through the use of cookies. Through these we may collect information including but not limited to your Internet protocol (IP) address & location, B-Arm cookie ID (if applicable), time zone setting, browser plug-in
types and versions, operating system and platform, login information, browser type and version, date and time stamp, user agent, and other information about user activities on the B-Arm Site / Platform, and on other sites and services that have embedded our widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services;
ii.Device Information: We may collect information about the devices you use to access our Site / Platform / Services, including the hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, file names and versions, serial numbers, device motion information and mobile network information. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs to track your usage of the B-Arm Site / Platform;
iii. When you communicate with us (via email, phone, through the B-Arm Site / Platform or otherwise), we may maintain a record of your communication and information as to how you interact with our Services, preferences expressed, and settings chosen will be collected.
iv.Location information: We may collect your real-time information or approximate location information as determined through data such as GPS, IP address depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions;
v.Transaction Information: We collect transaction details related to your use of any B-Arm Services, and information about your activity on the Services, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), the date and time you used the Services, amount charged, details regarding the application of promotional code, the type of services you requested or provided, domain names, comments, search results selected, information and pages viewed and searched for, the order of those pages, number of clicks, length of your visit to our Services, methods used to browse away from the page & any contact number or email used to call / e-mail our customer service number and other related transaction details;
vi.Stored information and files: We may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, personal contacts, audio, and video clips and address book information. If you permit the B-Arm Site / App to access the address book on your device, we may collect names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our services and for other purposes described in our Policy or at the time of collection or consent. If you permit the B-Arm Site / App to access the calendar on your device, we collect calendar information such as your response (Yes, No, Maybe), date and time, event title and description, location, and the number of attendees, etc.
●Information we receive from other sources –
i. We may receive information about you from other parties, such as our affiliated companies or other users, partners (including ad partners, search information providers, analytics providers), or the other services we provide or if you use any of the other websites/apps we operate. Users of our Ad Services and other third-parties may share information with us such as the cookie ID, device ID, or demographic or interest data, and information about content viewed or actions taken on a third-party website, online services, or apps. For example, users of our Ad Services may also be able to share customer list information (e.g., email or phone number) with us to create customized audience segments for their ad campaigns.
ii.When you sign in to B-Arm Site / Platform with your SNS account, or otherwise connect to your SNS account with our Services, you consent to our storage, collection, and use, in accordance with this Policy, of the information that you make available to us through any of the social media interfaces. This could include but not limited to any information that the social media service shares with us, information that you have made public through your social media account, or information that is disclosed during the sign-in process. Please check your social media provider’s privacy policy and other policies for more information about how they share your information when you choose to connect your account.
iii. If you are a partner, agent or OEM partner, we may, additionally, receive ratings and feedback from other users. COOKIES “Cookies” are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. We use data collection devices like “cookies” on pages of our Site to help measure promotional effectiveness, analyze our web page flow, and promote trust and safety. Certain features are only available through the use of a “cookie”. Also to allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session, we use cookies. Cookies can also help us provide information that is targeted to your interests. You can always choose to decline the cookies if your browser permits, however you may not be able to use certain features on our Site and you may be required to re-enter your password more frequently during a session. USES OF YOUR INFORMATION

i. To provide, personalize, maintain and improve our products and services, such as to enable deliveries and other services, enable features to personalize your B-Arm account;
ii. To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the relevant information and services;
iii. To enhance and administer the security of our B-Arm Site / Platform and for internal operations, including data analysis, testing, troubleshooting, research, statistical and
survey purposes;
iv. To understand our users (what features they like, how they use them, what they do on our Services, etc.), process and complete your transactions, make special offers, improve the content and features of our Services (such as by personalizing content to your interests),
provide customer support, process and respond to your queries;
v.To conduct research on, our user base and Service usage patterns, and to generate and review reports and data about;
vi. To allow you to participate in interactive features of our
Services, if any; or
vii. To measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you.
We may combine the information that we receive from third parties with the information you give to us and information we collect about you through the Services or via other means, including via the use of third-party web analytic tools, for the purposes set out above. As a
the result, our use, and disclosure of aggregated and/or de-identified information is not restricted by this Policy, and it may be used and disclosed to others without limitation. We analyze the log files of our B-Arm Site / Platform that may contain Internet Protocol (IP)
addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring, Site/app crashes, page viewed and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This helps us to administer the website, to learn about user behavior on the site, to improve our product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

DISCLOSURE AND DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may share the information that we collect for the following purposes:
●With Service Providers: We may share your information with our agents, OEMs, vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms and other service providers or business partners, such as Payment processing companies, to support our business. For example, your
information may be shared with outside vendors to send you emails and messages or push notifications to your devices in relation to our Services, to help us analyze and improve the use of our Services, to process and collect payments. We also may use vendors for other projects, such as conducting surveys or organizing sweepstakes for us.
●With Partner Restaurants/Merchant: While you place a request to order through the B-Arm Site / Platform, sometimes your information is provided to the OEMs upon their requirement. If you provide a mobile phone number, B-Arm may send you text messages regarding the order’s delivery status.
●With Other Users: If you are an agent or distribution partner, we may share your name, phone number, and/or profile picture (if applicable), tracking details with other users to provide them the Services.
●For Crime Prevention or Investigation: We may share this information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us when we are: ○Obligated under the applicable laws or in good faith to respond to court orders and processes; or ○Detecting and preventing against the actual or potential occurrence of identity theft, fraud, abuse of
Services and other illegal acts; ○Responding to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the intellectual
property rights of a third party; ○Under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to enforce our Terms of Use and
other agreements, policies or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others, or in the event of a claim or dispute relating to your use of our Services. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud detection and credit risk reduction.
●For Internal Use: We may share your information with any present or future member of our “Group” (as defined below)or affiliates for our internal business purposes The term “Group” means, with respect to any person, any entity that is controlled by such person, or any entity
that controls such person or any entity that is under common control with such person, whether directly or indirectly, or, in the case of a natural person, any relative or family member of such person.
●With Advertisers and advertising networks: We may work with third parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements on the B-Arm Site / Platform and on third-party websites or other media (e.g., social networking platforms). These third parties may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you. While you cannot opt-out of advertising on the B-Arm Site / Platform, you may opt-out of much interest-based advertising on third party sites and through third-party ad networks (including DoubleClick Ad Exchange, Facebook Audience Network and Google AdSense). Opting out means that you will no longer receive personalized ads by third parties ad networks from which you have opted out, which is based on your browsing information across multiple sites and online services. If you delete cookies or change devices, your opt-out may no longer be effective.
●To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
●We may share your information other than as described in this Policy if we notify you and you consent to the sharing.

DATA SECURITY PRECAUTIONS

We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to secure the information collected by us.
You are advised not to send your full credit/debit card details through unencrypted electronic Sites/platforms. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username and password which enables you to access certain parts of the B-Arm Site / Platform, you are responsible for keeping these details confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of
your data transmitted through the B-Arm Site / Platform. Once we have received your information, we will use strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to try to prevent unauthorized access.

GRIEVANCE OFFICE AND B-ARM SITE / PLATFORM SECURITY

If you have any queries relating to the processing or usage of information provided by you in connection with this Policy, please email us or write to our office in your corresponding country /
territory.
Further, please note that the B-Arm Site / Platform stores your data with the cloud platform of Amazon Web Services provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc., which may store this data on their servers located outside of India. Amazon Web Services has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information, details of which are available at https://aws.amazon.com/. The privacy policy adopted by Amazon Web Services are detailed in https://aws.amazon.com/privacy. In the event you have questions or concerns about the security measures adopted by Amazon Web Services, you can contact their data protection/privacy team / legal team or designated the grievance officer at these organizations, whose contact details are available in its privacy policy, or can also write to us.

Return, Replacement and Refund

1.1. Do not accept your order if you receive a tampered consignment as evident from the packaging. If received, after opening the consignment you find that the product(s) is damaged then immediately (within no later than 48 hours from the receipt of the order) click the photo of the damaged product(s) as well as the product label(s)and send it to our email id: info@barmenterprises.com along with the order number and the invoice number. Once we receive the email, an investigation may be initiated a tour end. After the investigation, if the issue raised is found to be valid, we will make arrangements to dispatch a new product subject to the availability of the stock. Please note that you are not required to pay for any additional shipping fees in such a case of reshipment.

1.2. B- ARM Medical Technologies mandates delivery and reverse pick up via its Logistics Partner to all customers buying from the Website. ‘Logistic Partner’ shall mean a logistic service provider approved by B-ARM.

1.3.  Replacement product will be shipped based on the availability and receipt of the original item. The products should have the original tags, and original warranty card if it covers under warranty.

The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

In case of returns/Exchange:

1.4. In case you find the product to be missing, damaged or completely different from what you ordered, please ask the courier partner to take it back immediately. In case of COD orders, you’ll get your refund immediately from the courier partner. In case of prepaid orders, you’ll get a refund credited to your account according to the Seller’s returns policy.

1.5. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In the case of any missing accessories or parts, specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable as on (1.6).

1.6. We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify B-ARM Customer Support immediately info@barmenterprises.com or within 15 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that B-ARM Medical Technologies will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 15 working days of receipt.

1.7. We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 30 working days of receipt.

1.8. B-ARM Medical Technology will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to B-ARM Medical is returned by mistake, B-ARM Medical is not accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

1.9. Now product can be exchanged with a different product also, provided the new product selected by user is returnable and exchangeable. For exchanging the product with another product, customer needs to contact our customer care with proper reason and if the price is adjustable. Final decision is up to B-ARM.

In case of Refund:

1.10. The refund process will take 10-15 working days from the receipt of the returned goods.

1.11. Refund will be sent to the same card/bank account from which the payment was made. In case it is not possible for our Payment Gateway to send the refund to the same card/bank account, we will request you to provide an image of a cancelled cheque using which we will send the refund money through online fund transfer.

1.12. Orders which are cancelled by B-ARM or Customer before processing, refund will be initiated automatically through the original mode of payment.

No replacement / Refund:

1.13.   In case of minor design and colour variations.

• Products returned damaged condition or Some parts are missing.
• If the customer changes his / her mind after purchasing or on receipt of the product.
• If the product is returned without a written confirmation from us via email.
• If the product is not returned through our courier partners.

We strongly recommend that all items be checked fully at the time of delivery.

1.14. In case of Size Exchange, the differential amount, if any, shall be forfeited. This will apply irrespective of any increase or decrease in the price of the product being exchanged.

1.15. For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode.

1.16. All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.

1.17. The User acknowledges that the Website will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from non-processing an order or any delay in processing an order which is beyond control of the Website.

1.18. All Users and Sellers shall comply with all the applicable laws (including without limitation Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules made there under, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act, 2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made there under, Foreign Contribution Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules made there under and all other laws as may be applicable.

Cancellation:

2.1. To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, B-ARM Medical Technologies reserves the absolute right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. B-ARM Medical Technologies also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on Website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, B-ARM Medical Technologies reserves the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.

2.2. The User may be considered fraudulent if inter alia any of the following scenarios are met:

• Users doesn’t reply to the payment verification mail sent by B-ARM Medical Technologies.
• Users fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification
• Misuse of another Users’s phone/email
• Users uses invalid email and phone no.
• Overuse of a voucher code
• Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.
• Users return the wrong product
• Users refuse to pay for an order

2.3. The User may be considered a loss to business if any of the following scenarios are met: User with a very high return rate Invalid/Incomplete address cases Repeated request for monetary compensation for petty issues Account for the Users falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked. Any credits earned through loyalty or referral program will be forfeited in such case.

2.4. B-ARM Medical Technologies may cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by B-ARM Medical Technologies: Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address, depending on the product category Bulk quantity of the same product ordered Invalid address given in order details Any malpractice used to place the order Any promotional voucher used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ may not be refunded.

2.5. If a User raises a complaint about partial item/partial order:

The Users are supposed to claim for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained.

1.  An Email will be sent seeking/providing the following information:
   Short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).
2. The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any)(Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users)
3. The refund for prepaid orders will be done after investigation
4. The Users may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
5. Users fails to provide adequate information about the case
6. Users fails to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
7. If an opened delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day
8. Users must not dispose the packaging for 3-4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

2.6. If a User placed order by any mistake, he/she can cancel with in a span of 2 hours’ time period from order placed. If it exceeded the time limit, we will consider it as confirm order. For further cancellation contact our customer support executive and  5% processing charges may applicable based upon Invoice value.

3.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.

3.3. You will be notified through an email and SMS once your order is shipped containing the courier tracking details. You can click on this tracking link to know the status of your order. Your order status is updated to you via email and SMS at every step. You can also track your order through the Track Order link. This link is also given on the top right side of our website. For queries, you can contact our customer support team.

3.4. We have different courier partners based upon your location we will fix best service providers to reach product on time. Our courier partners do accept Cash On Delivery (COD) if the Invoice value is less than Rs 15000/.

3.5. You can make the payment via any one of the following methods of payment: Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or Cash on Delivery. Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking Payments are processed via our online payment service partners.
