Barath Ram has 10+ years of experience in running profitable business & medical device distribution management. He was the MD of Team Best Theratronics Asia (a $100 Mn MNC) where he built it from the ground up & increased revenue by 250% YoY. Through his tenure he has worked with several stakeholders including Private & Government medical organizations in India & other Asia Pacific countries supplying top end medical equipment. He had helped the Canadian company to setup manufacturing in India & exporting to other countries.
He holds Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from University of British Columbia, Canada and he had also worked at Vancouver General Hospital,Canada & brings multi-disciplinary experience.
SruthiSri has over 10+ years in software leadership experience. She had lead multiple teams at Cognizant for Toyota Motorcorp Inc., USA. and Aetna Healthcare, USA in automation framework creation & implementation. At GFT Canada and Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB), Canada as Sr. Business Analyst, she had lead IT experts, project managers & worked closely with the Vice President & stake holders in implementing multi-million-dollar transition system framework.
She was the winner of TiE Women, Coimbatore chapter (a Global entrepreneurship platform) and finalist of TiE Global, Dubai. She holds a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering from PSG Tech, Coimbatore.
Kothandaraman has overseen multiple projects in L & T infotech, Mumbai for 20+ years. He is a certified SAP expert and had worked for clients in East African region and North American regions by leading teams in developing effective business solutions for cost optimisation and efficient process management. He had also been an ERP advisor for clients across multiple verticals and has worked closely with Delivery managers, Directors, vertical heads & Stake holders in implementing best startegies & formulating effective outcomes.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering from PSG Tech, Coimbatore (one of the leading engineering institutions in India).
