1. How do you clean a Beurer heat pad?
So convenient, the Beurer HK Comfort Heat Pad is machine washable at 30 degrees; simply disconnect the control and the whole thing can be put in your washing machine on a standard wash.

2.How do you activate heat pads?

Squeeze the metal coin located inside the hot pack until you hear a click! The liquid will begin to crystallize and heat up. To speed up crystallization, simply shake the pack until it is completely crystallized. Massage the pack for a few seconds to make it soft and pliable.

3.Do heat pads work for shoulder pain?

Other than tension, it can also be caused by injuries to the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in the shoulders. Injured shoulders should be iced for at least 72 hours, or until the swelling has reduced. Tense or tight shoulders can get relief from heat, but be careful not to use heat on any swollen injuries

4.How long can you leave a heat pad on you?

Even so, if you use a heating pad on a high setting, remove after 15 to 30 minutes to avoid burns. On a low setting, you can use the heating pad for a longer period, maybe up to one hour
